Delivery Methods and Providers
Toy Cave distributor for Greenbean Learning Resources is an online retail store that delivers nationwide via Fastway Couriers. The Courier Guy is used for outlying areas.
Deliveries are made to the specified address, not the individual. If the recipient is unavailable, the order may be left with a responsible person at the address (e.g. security, staff, reception, etc.).
Delivery to farms or rural areas may incur additional surcharges.
It is mandatory to provide a telephone or mobile number for the courier company to contact you during delivery.
Delivery Times
Gauteng: 1-2 working days
Red Zone: 1-3 working days
Orange (Western Cape/Eastern Cape): 2-4 working days
Grey Zone: 2-7 working days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly.
Failed Deliveries
If a package is not delivered due to an issue on the recipient’s end (e.g. incorrect address, unavailable recipient), Fastway will attempt a second delivery.
If delivery remains unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our warehouse. A 15% handling fee and the original delivery fee will be deducted from the refund.
Liability and Risk
While every effort is made to pack orders carefully, Toy Cave and our distributor Greenbean Learning Resources is not liable for any damages to goods in transit. Any loss or damage must be reported immediately to lodge a claim with the courier.
Risk of loss, damage, or theft transfers to the customer once the goods are dispatched from our warehouse.
